Scott for Florida Releases New Fact Check on Bill Nelson: “Think Again”

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, the Scott for Florida campaign released its latest fact check on Bill Nelson, “Think Again.” The fact check highlights the hypocrisy of Bill Nelson continuing to attempt to portray himself as independent despite a record of putting partisan politics above Floridians.

“Bill Nelson’s poor attempt to play the ‘independent’ continues to be exposed by his own hypocrisy. Just last week, Nelson flip flopped on a judicial appointment after he realized his opinion was out of line with his Democratic party bosses. Nelson has proven that he will do anything – including voting against what’s in the best interest of Floridians – to gain support for his fragile reelection campaign. Floridians are fed up with career politicians like Nelson putting politics over people, and they deserve a leader with a backbone who will actually put our state first.” – Lauren Schenone, Scott for Florida Press Secretary

He even voted against a judge he recommended to please Chuck Schumer…
