Scott for Florida Releases Latest Ad: Leading

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – Today, the Rick Scott for Florida campaign released its latest ad, “Leading,” highlighting Senator Nelson and his democratic allies’ recent attack on Governor Scott’s military service as Governor Scott continues to focus on Hurricane Michael response and recovery.

“Senator Nelson and his democratic party boss Chuck Schumer have truly reached a new low by mocking the Governor’s military service. Considering that Schumer controls Nelson’s vote and is funding his campaign, it hardly comes as a surprise that democrats have gotten this desperate. Regardless, while Nelson continues to play dirty politics, Governor Scott will continue to focus on leading hurricane recovery.” – Chris Hartline, Scott for Florida Spokesman

Narrator: “With the campaign nearly over, let’s take a behind the scenes peak at both candidates.

“First, Governor Scott… he’s leading hurricane recovery, directing relief efforts, and even housing state troopers in his own home.

“And Senator Nelson? Running false attack ads mocking Governor Scott’s service in the Navy.

“46 years in politics and a new low for Nelson: mocking the Governor’s military service.

“Senator Nelson’s playing politics dirty politics. Governor Scott is leading.”

Gov. Scott: “I’m Rick Scott. I approve this message.”
