WHAT THEY’RE SAYING: ‘If You Ask Rick Scott to do Something, it’s Going to Get Done’

Washington, D.C. – Last week, Senator Rick Scott launched his 67 county Sunshine Tour. He met with Floridians in Miami, Tampa, and Jacksonville to discuss how he can continue fighting for them in Washington. He also spoke with elected officials in Florida about how he can best work with them to prioritize Florida in Washington.

Here’s what they’re saying about Senator Scott’s leadership:

Rep. Carlos Gimenez: Senator Scott is “fighting for our liberties, fighting to create jobs, fighting to create a better America.”

Mayor of Hialeah Esteban Bovo: “We have supported [Senator Scott], not only because of his wisdom, but his ‘roll up the sleeves’ mentality to work on behalf of the residents of the city of Hialeah.”

Rep. Mario Diaz-Balart: “I don’t have to tell you that there is no other harder working individual in Washington, D.C. than Rick Scott…If you ask Rick Scott to do something, it’s going to get done.”

Rep. Laurel Lee: “We all together benefit every day from [Senator Scott’s] legacy of leadership in our state.”
